Our AC decided to break down right in the middle of the Texas heat, and finding the right parts felt like a nightmare until I walked into this store in Beaumont. From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was on a completely different level. Carlos helped me out, and it wasn't just a simple transaction—he genuinely helped me find the exact solutions I needed to get our AC back up and running. He even went above and beyond by telling me that if I needed anything else, he could personally bring the part to my house or even arrange technical service! On top of that, their prices are easily the best in the market.
